Your First Step Into the Real World with Delve
Delve is a guided work experience program that connects high school students with real-world projects at globally renowned companies. Over 4-5 weeks, students work in teams to solve industry challenges, gain hands-on skills, and build portfolio-ready outcomes, all with the support of professional mentors.
Discover is a career exploration program designed to provide high school students with exposure to various industries and career fields. It combines group sessions and personalized coaching to help students understand their strengths, values, and interests, and how these align with potential career paths. Whether you're just beginning to think about your future or want to explore different industries, Discover offers an incredible opportunity for career coaching in a supportive cohort environment. This four-week program helps students build a foundation for informed decisions about their future.
