Delve is a virtual work-experience program built for high school students who want direct exposure to a real professional environment with global companies like AWS, Ferrari, NHS, and more. Students can pick from industries like business & finance, medicine & healthcare, tech, engineering, law, and journalism. Over 4 weeks, you work in teams on an industry-relevant project, follow a structured weekly schedule, and gain guided exposure to how professionals solve problems in their field.

CARTI Discover is a one-week summer healthcare job shadowing program for high school students. You can choose from different career tracks such as engineering, pharmacy, surgical tech, dosimetry, imaging, infusion nursing, oncology nursing, and surgery.
As part of the program, you produce a capstone project based on your experience and receive a $1,000 scholarship for successful completion. Given that the program is built entirely around shadowing and behind-the-scenes exposure, it gives you dirent insights into how different healthcare roles function in the same system.

By the end of the program, you have a stronger understanding of different health professions, more direct exposure to real professionals, and a clearer picture of whether you want to keep exploring that path. Since the camp is residential and runs over a full week, it gives you more time to absorb the experience than a single-day event.

By the end of the main program, you come out with broader exposure to health sciences careers, and if you are at least 17 and a half, you may be invited to stay for an optional third week of shadowing at local health facilities.
